Morning Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry/Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/3 cup frozen blueberries

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water (or more for thinner smoothie)

1-2 scoops whey vanilla protein powder mix

1/4 cup whole, raw almonds

Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into a frosty glass that you’ve had in your freezer. Enjoy with a straw !

BUT-make sure you have the lid on the blender BEFORE your daughter hits the “on” switch….somebody help this girl!!!!!!!!!
